Easy drop and swift convenient pick up. Josh is an excellent, professional, and connective representative for Chevyland...one of the best! No to mention the service technicians did superb work once again. A little more time with the courtesy driver would have also been nice too, out conversations always seem to get cut short....there's always next time I guess. Completely Satisfied !!!

My experience at the dealership was good but the only problem I have was when they returned my truck it was muddy. The outside and under the vehicle was muddy and when I brought it to them it was clean.

First of all I love Chevrolet . But I been having some bad experience with this vehicle. All my repairs is with Chevyland my advisor is great. But I keep taking my car back for the same things over an over. When I ask to speak to the service department manager never available an never return my call. I pay out of pocket to get my car fix an when I receive it back it doing the same thing. But when I get a answere its always something else. Please stop guess an fix the problem.

Quinton Boyd my salesman was determined to find the 4x4 vehicle i was looking for, he made the process of car buying easy keeping updated on the process of financing and warranties and explaining the options on the vehicle. When i was not happy with the price, Quinten reached out to his Sales Manage James who continued to work on pricing and gave me a deal i was more than satisfied with. I arrived on time for my appoint and was meet by a representative. I was given a time frame for the completion of the job of approximately two hours. The job was completed in one hour and five minutes (great). I was pleased with the service I received.
I have no complaints. They put front and rear brake pads on and told me that I needed a rotor on the right passenger. They told me the price and if I wanted it done, too. I know that pads would be no good with a bad rotor. My wait time was not bad either.
Brought truck in to have front end checked for possible alignment problems causing tire to cup and have tires rotated. after two hours had no response from anyone. Asked service dept. Employee about progress, and he then checked with mechanic. Service department worker then returned and said it could be caused by tires needing rotating or possibly front end alignment. We brought the truck in to find out why cupping was happening. Bent rims, bad shocks, bad alignment, bad tires are all possible causes of cupping. None of these were checked. Being frustrated about the wait and having nothing either determined or resolved I left with the truck.

I think that they be just fining stuff wrong with your truck so you can spend money. I don���t think that right. Just fix or do what I come in there for. When you keep finding thing wrong with my truck make me not want to buy another Chevy.

Well, after telling Josh, on 6-22-20 my service man, that a gospel CD was missing out of my truck, he was going to get back with me on it, never did. And I had a oil change done, on 10-01-20 ,I talked with my service man, taking Josh place. about messages came up on the information display, and he referred me to Tommy the service manager, he gave me his personal cellphone number, and ask me to take a picture of it and send it to his cell, I did on Monday 10-5-20 and he has not got back with me yet. I text him on Tuesday at 5:31pm an told him I was waiting on his reply back, and I told him about a problem with my 2018 Z06, that the remote will not unlock the passenger door, but I can unlock the door from the inside of it. no reply back yet, as of Friday 10-9-20. So I take my car to Red River today, and have an appointment for Wednesday morning at 9:30 am. This���s the reason why I���m changing to Red River Chevrolet Dealership, for better Service Consultant, that takes care for there Customers.
