Very courteous and attentive. I was traveling through and check engine lease get came on. Stopped and had them run analysis and determined truck had issues. They understood my situation and worked me in and had me back on road after a few hours. Thank you Josh Barney!

The TPMS Sensor matching process was not matched to the tires. After the oil change the % OIL LIFE SYSTEM. was not RESET.

They've had my Acadia for almost 5 weeks! They called me yesterday to come get it because the part needed is on "back order" and they weren't sure when the part would be in, it could be 6 months or a few days they didn't know. They were short rentals and needed their rental back. They told me their "tech" said my car was drivable until they received the part! My check engine light is on because my shutters that open and close to keep the car from OVERHEATING are broke. For me to keep an eye out and make sure the car don't overheat! If it does just bring it back in! I also have a leak in my car they were SUPPOSED to fix and said they fixed it they DID NOT!! It's now WORSE leaking in water!! Their customer service has become absolutely HORRIBLE!! After purchasing as many vehicles as we have from them you'd think they'd have a little bit better customer service! The paneling was tore apart I had to walk back inside to get someone to put the paneling back together because they didn't even do that after they gave me my car! I took my car to a GMC dealership and had them diagnose my car come to find out chevyland should of never let my car leave off the lot because it is not drivable! I have purchased 3 vehicles from Chevyland. I will never purchase another vehicle from chevyland again!!!

The only thing that went right was service advisor Sean Riley. He should be running the entire deal ship. I was there for 3 plus hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. Look at vehicles history and you have your answer.

The valve was left off on the front right tire. The engine light came on after having my oil changed and tire fixed. I call service department regarding the engine light. Informed would have to leave my car overnight for diagnostic study. I have not had a chance to go back for the valve.

Went to get a oil change. They let me know I had a oil leak and showed me my engine and cabin air filter. Replaced my filters and I will come back for them to fix my oil leak.
