The service department is TERRIBLE!!!
This has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. The job was left clearly incomplete, with obvious issues that a competent department should have never missed. Even worse was the communication—or lack of it. Calls and messages went unanswered, updates were nonexistent, and when I did finally get a response, it was vague, dismissive, and unhelpful. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information that should have been communicated upfront. Dropped my car off on Thursday morning and Connor told me that i would have an update on my car but CONNER NEVER CALLED ME I called up there that following Friday and Saturday just for Conner to be with a customer but never received a call back. Chevyland completely mishandled a major engine failure on my 2021 Silverado. They gave me incorrect information about GM cost assistance, never submitted the required case, ignored GM’s attempts to contact them, and still told me GM had “approved” 15%. GM confirmed none of that was true.
I attempted to speak with the service manager for clarification, but my call was never returned. Instead, I continued receiving explanations from the advisor that did not match GM’s documentation.

Buyers beware! I bought a used car from Chevyland at the end of September and it broke down before the first payment cleared the bank. I have had it in their service department twice and they have basically told me they don't know what to tell me and I might want to get another opinion. Be sure and get the extended warranty. So thankful I did. So much for the salesman's pitch that they stand behind their sales.
Chevyland made me a great deal on a new work truck. Much better experience than I had at Ford. Everyone worked fast and efficiently to get me the deal that best suits my needs and were respectful of my time. Everything went fairly smooth.

Absolute worst experience at a dealership ever in my life. Made an appointment to look at a truck. When I showed up, they said the guy wasn’t there and someone else helped me. I have taken my vehicle to be Chevyland service 5 times for the same issue dating back to 2022. Each time, I am told that they replaced a part, and the issue is resolved but few months later, I am back with the same issue. Service manager Josh has been very rude and disrespectful throughout this time. He is nearly unreachable by phone, doesn’t return phone calls, and when you walk in his office, he doesn’t listen or understand customer issues because he knows everything. I would not recommend Chevyland service to anyone!

Truck broke, extended warranty. Replaced starter. In & out in less then 48 hours. Thanks to Jeff. Broke down again 4 days later. Jailen help out on Sat 18 May. After no luck on rentals he arranged a loaner. Thanks. 21 May, Jeff texted taking the blame for the return visit as their error, and apologized. Could have made up a story, but didn't. Thanks for being honest and reputable. Also cut me a check for the full towing charge I incurred. Mistakes happen, but your staff's integrity carried the day for both of us. Thanks again, I will keep coming back.

I went in for an oil change and was told it would be about 45- 1 hour wait. 1 1/2 hr later I was still waiting. I had to go and check the status of my car and when I did, my car was finished and had been finished but was sitting in the parking lot!

I was not informed of what was happening with my service while it was occurring. I never received a text from my advisor until the service was complete. Wait time was extremely long for an oil change and it had to inquire about my vehicle to find out it was as complete. Like bringing car to dealership for service but it’s not a great experience. Not sure that I will purchase another Chevrolet

I believe my car was kept there 2 weeks longer than it should have been. I believe that the used gas tank installed on my Tahoe was available to Chevy Land 2 weeks or longer before it was installed. I was inconvenienced 2 weeks longer than I should have been because I didn't have use of my car.
